Paying with Bitcoin, USDT or USDC – step by step
This is how a crypto payment works with us, from the cart to the confirmed order. With the two mistakes that cost money – wrong network and wrong amount.
A crypto payment takes a few minutes. Two details have to be right: the network and the amount.
Before the payment
- Put the units in the cart and select your delivery country. Shipping costs and, where applicable, import tax appear immediately.
- Go to checkout and choose the payment method: Bitcoin or stablecoin.
With Bitcoin
- We redirect you to our payment page. It shows the address, the amount in BTC and a QR code.
- Send the amount on-chain from your wallet.
- As soon as the network has confirmed the transaction, the order is automatically marked as paid.
We offer Lightning on request.
With USDT or USDC
- Choose the token (USDT or USDC) and the network: Ethereum, Tron, BNB Chain or Polygon.
- You receive a deposit address that is valid only for your order, the exact amount and a QR code.
- Send the amount over exactly the network you selected.
- The incoming payment is detected automatically and the order is confirmed.
The two mistakes that cost money
Wrong network. The same token exists on several networks. If you select Tron in the shop and send over Ethereum, the money does not reach your order and can be lost. Check the network in your wallet or exchange before you confirm.
Wrong amount. Send exactly the amount shown. Exchanges often deduct their withdrawal fee from the amount sent; then too little arrives. Set up the withdrawal so that the amount shown arrives at the recipient. Your order page shows a partial payment until the rest has been received.
Sending directly from an exchange
This works. The payment is detected even if it comes from an exchange account. Expect some exchanges to release withdrawals only after an internal review.
Which network to choose
What matters is where your balance is and what the transfer costs there. Network fees differ considerably; for receipt of payment on our side the network makes no difference.
After the payment
Your order page shows the status and, later, the tracking number and photos of the shipment. You also receive the tracking number by email.
Bank transfer
Companies can also pay by SWIFT in USD. The transfer must come from the company account and carry the order's payment reference. The bank rejects payments from private accounts. All details are set out under Payment and shipping.
