What data we store and why

For orders: name, email, phone (optional), shipping address, company name where applicable, and order and payment data. For crypto payments that means the receiving address and transaction ID; we do not process card data. For contact and quote requests: whatever you enter in the form.

Only to handle your business with us: orders, payment, shipping, warranty cases and replies to your requests. No profiling, no analysis for advertising.

The courier receives your name, address and phone number for delivery. Beyond that we only pass data on when the contract requires it or the law demands it. We do not sell data.

The shop stores the following in your browser (localStorage): your cart, the currency you picked, exchange rates, the country detected by geo-IP (for 30 days) and your color scheme. Your language choice is kept in a cookie. We do not set tracking cookies. For exchange rates and country detection your browser calls public services (open.er-api.com and geojs.io), which see your IP address.

We only send emails about your order: a confirmation for bank-transfer orders, a payment confirmation and shipping updates. No newsletter, no marketing.

Write to info@cipheron.io if you want to know what data we hold about you or want it deleted. We delete everything that is not subject to a legal retention obligation.
