Terms of sale and delivery

These terms apply to all sales through cipheron.io: mining hardware and accessories. We only sell to businesses. By ordering you confirm that you are buying for business purposes.

Your order is an offer to us. The contract is formed when we confirm it or when your payment arrives. We may decline orders, for example because of price or stock errors or a failed compliance check. In that case we refund anything already paid.

Catalog prices are in USD; other currencies in the shop are conversions for reference. The amount shown at checkout applies, including shipping and, for DDP, import VAT. Product images may differ from the unit delivered.

We accept bitcoin, USDT and USDC, and bank transfers by SWIFT in USD to our international account; details are on the Payment & shipping page. Crypto payments must be made for the exact amount over the selected network. We refund crypto payments in the currency you paid in.

We deliver DAP, and DDP to selected countries (Incoterms 2020). Under DAP you are the importer and bear the import charges; we prepare the export documents. Delivery times are estimates, not fixed dates.

We check orders for export-controlled hardware against destination and end use before confirming them. If we cannot deliver in compliance with the rules, we do not deliver and refund the payment. You agree not to pass the goods on in breach of export control law.

The hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty; you file claims with the manufacturer and we help on request. Details and the DOA process are on the Warranty page. Returns or cancellations outside warranty and DOA cases are excluded.

We may change these terms for future orders. The version published at the time of your order applies. Last updated: October 2026.
