We ship DAP (Delivered at Place) worldwide: the shipment comes to your address, you are the importer and pay customs duties and import VAT. We prepare the export documents. To selected countries we also ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we handle customs clearance, and the import VAT is already in the cart.

Shipping costs depend on quantity and destination and appear in the cart once you choose your country. If we have no rate for your country, it says "On request". Freight for large orders is priced in the quote.

When your order ships, you get the tracking number by email. Your order page shows the status, the tracking number and photos of the shipment.
